To become a customer, you need to provide Business License and Resale Tax Certificate. You will also need to complete our New Customer Form and Credit Card Authorization, which should be emailed to your sales rep with a subject line: “New Customer Forms”. After your first order, you can elect to establish payment terms for future orders.
