This past Friday, we celebrated the bittersweet retirement of Tom Roe, Cover Guard’s National Sales Director. Tom has been with Cover Guard® for seven years, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and success. We wish Tom all the best as he embarks on this new exciting chapter of his life.

Effective today, we are pleased to announce that Andy Rice will be taking over Tom’s responsibilities. Andy brings with him 25 years of extensive sales experience in the building materials and construction products industry. His impressive background includes serving as the North American Specification Manager for the Rockwood Group, the world’s leading manufacturer of stone wool insulation, as well as holding the position of National Sales Manager.

Prior to joining the Cover Guard® – Protective Materials Division of Bainbridge International, Andy was the Northeast Sales Manager for a leading manufacturer of engineered decorative concrete coloring, texturing, and refurbishment products.

A Massachusetts native, Andy is a devoted family man who enjoys watching sports, spending time outdoors, and engaging in a variety of activities with his family.
